This social media monitoring report was created as a part of a project in my Public Relations Research class. My assigned client was the United States Pacific Fleet. I monitored Pacific Fleet on their YouTube, Twitter and Facebook pages. The report created below looks at posts that receive the most interaction and what type of interaction is the most prevalent on Twitter, which posts include the most positive response based on topic, which type of post receives the most interaction and which type of inaction is the most prevalent on Facebook, as well as which audience posts the most comments.

Google Analytics Report
This report was created using Google Analytics to determine where visitors to the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication website were located, what pages they were viewing, how many pages they were viewing and for how long, as well as the bounce rate, or the visitors who visit the website and then leave without looking at other pages.
The report monitors the website over a one month time-frame.
